It was a truly remarkable opportunity to participate in MEDI-SYNAPSE, organized by the Department of Psychiatry at SKIMS Medical College Bemina Srinagar, with the support of IPS Thesis Taskforce, IPS Foundation Day Subcommittee, IPS Leadership Taskforce, RCPsych UK, South Asian Division on the 3rd and 4th July, 2026. I had the privilege of being part of a panel discussion alongside esteemed past presidents Dr. Ajot Avasthi, Dr. P. K. Dalal, Dr. Laxmikant Rathi, and Dr. Savita Malhotra. I commend Dr. Abdul Majid, Dr. Rajashree Roy, and their team for putting together such an exceptional program. Congratulations to Dr. T. S. S. Rao, President of IPS, for successfully organizing a fantastic event during your tenure.
