Celebrated the Doctors Day 2024 on 6th July with a CME Programme organized by Intas Zonalta Division at Hotel Hindustan International Kolkata. The topic was “Use of Endoxifen in Bipolar Disorder and Beyond”. The event was initiated by Clinic Brain Neuropsychiatric Institute and Research Centre, Barasat was attended by approximately 100 delegates. The evening commenced with the lighting of the Inaugural lamp to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, followed by a Welcome Address from Dr. Gautam Saha, Founder-Director of Clinic Brain Neuropsychiatric Institute and Research Centre. Dr. Debanjan Banerjee, Consultant Psychiatrist at Apollo Gleneagle Hospitals, delivered a highly informative presentation on the latest research and anecdotal feedback regarding the molecule across different patient groups. Prof. Dr. Ranjan Bhattacharyya skillfully moderated the session, delving into the use of the molecule in various clinical conditions and comorbidities. The audience actively participated in the Q&A session chaired by Dr. R R Ghosh Roy and Dr. Prabir Paul, two esteemed Psychiatrists from Bengal. The second session was led by Dr. Abir Mukherjee, Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at Medica Superspecialty Hospital, and Dr. Gautam Saha to honor two legendary figures in Bengal Psychiatry, Dr. Dinen Banerjee and Dr. Debasish Bhattacharyya, for their lifetime achievements.
